Black 13 Tattoo Parlor is located on the street level of Cummins Station, inside in suite 208. Enter through any of the 4 main entrances across the front of the building and we are located on the backside of the building, street level. There is a pay parking lot across the street in addition to parallel parking along 10th Avenue and adjacent streets (the spots immediately in front of Cummins are metered). There are a few surrounding streets that offer free street parking.
